At MASC Dental Studio, our focus is to provide dental care recommendations based on your oral health needs, not on what may or may not be covered by insurance. We have also entered a time where more and more people lack dental insurance. The MASC Savings Plan has you covered.

You can choose to make MASC Dental Studio your dental home where you know you’ll receive the best possible care—and save on preventive, restorative, and cosmetic care. The added discount on all treatments makes this the money-saving choice for anyone who knows they’ll need a crown, filling, or more extensive dental care in addition to preventive care.

Benefits include:

1. Two comprehensive dental evaluations per year

2. X-rays once per year

3. Two cleanings per year

4. No deductibles

5. No maximums

6. 15% discount on ALL treatment

 

The membership fee is $660/yr per patient ($55/mo.) Each additional family member can be added to the plan for $540 per year ($45/mo.)

• Please note that our membership plan is not an insurance plan, however it is a plan that allows for a direct payment arrangement for services, products and care provided.

• Your payments must be current in order to receive the benefits of the plan.

• Payment for treatment after all discounts/benefits are applied, are due at the time of service.

• The membership plan benefits may not be combined with insurance or any other offers or discounts.

• Our membership plan does not cover procedures completed by specialists outside our practice.
